ZeroOne DevTools Support

Help with ZeroOne DevTools for macOS.

ZeroOne DevTools is a local-first toolbox for developer workflows, including REST requests, cURL import, formatters, generators, validators, and QR export.

Before contacting support

Include the app version, your macOS version, the tool you were using, and the exact error text. Do not include API keys, passwords, tokens, or unredacted private request data.

REST Client

REST Client sends only requests you explicitly initiate. For a request issue, include the method, host name, response status, and a redacted error message.

Frequently asked questions

Where is my data stored?

Favorites, settings, recent tool entries, REST request history, collections, and environments are stored locally on your Mac. The app has no account or cloud sync service.

How do I export a QR code?

Open QR Generator, create the code, then choose PNG. macOS opens a Save As dialog so you can choose the name and folder.

Why did a formatter or validator fail?

Verify that the source data is valid for the selected format. The tool reports invalid JSON, YAML, XML, Base64, JWT, and regular expressions in the result area.

Why does REST Client need network access?

REST Client needs network access to reach an API only after you explicitly send a request. Other tools work locally.
